When making coffee, many people usually do not think about water, considering it a completely ordinary component. Meanwhile, this is a very important ingredient on which the quality of the drink depends. But what if you try to combine coffee with mineral water? This can be done in several ways: serve it separately, pour it into a ready-made drink, or use it as a base.
We cook according to all the rules
Compliance with technology is an important point, but there are still some nuances, without knowledge of which you will not be able to obtain the desired flavor and aromatic characteristics of the product.
- For a split-serve recipe, it is recommended to use only natural, freshly ground coffee beans. A sip of clean water after coffee cleanses the receptors, which helps you perceive all the flavors. But this only makes sense if a natural product was used. In other options, it is allowed to take a high-quality soluble analogue.
- Natural mineral water (table water) must have a mineralization of up to 1 g/l inclusive, that is, intended for constant use. Medicinal or medicinal-table drinks, which are used for irregular regular drinking or for medicinal purposes, are not suitable. A liquid with a concentration of biologically active substances of 2 g/l inhibits extraction and does not allow the taste and aroma of the grains to reveal themselves.
- Separately, you can serve still mineral water with coffee. But for a chilled version and a cocktail with syrup/liqueur, it is preferable to choose medium or highly carbonated.
It is important for everyone to know about contraindications
There will be negative health consequences from the effects of an energy cocktail on the body in any case. And if for some they go almost unnoticed, for others they can become fatal.
It is important to understand that energy drinks can provoke the development and worsening of problems with the cardiovascular system and kidneys. People with pathologies should remember this.
For pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and teenagers, Coca-Cola with coffee is generally contraindicated. Healthy people can afford this very dubious pleasure, but not more often than once every two weeks and only in cases where there is no other opportunity to cheer up.

Classic recipe
What to prepare:
- 120 ml black coffee;
- 200 ml chilled mineral water;
- sugar.
How to cook:
- Prepare coffee in any convenient way. For Turks, it is best to choose finely ground powder. Pour the ground grains with plain water, bring to a boil, set aside for 10-15 seconds to allow the foam to settle and repeat these steps 2 more times. Strain the grounds.
- Pour the finished aromatic drink into a heated coffee cup, and mineral water into a tall glass. Serve the sugar separately so that everyone can use it to their taste.
Coffee with cream and mineral water
Compound:
- natural ground coffee – 10 g;
- water – 100 ml;
- cream – 20 ml;
- sugar – 10-20 g;
- sparkling mineral water – 60 ml.
Cooking method:
- Using ground coffee beans and water, prepare black coffee in any way you like. Espresso does not need filtration, but a drink brewed in a Turk needs to be strained. To do this, place a coffee filter or a couple of paper napkins in a sieve and pass the coffee through them.
- Add sugar to hot coffee and stir until the crystals are completely dissolved.
- Pour cold cream into the coffee and stir. Place the container of coffee in the refrigerator.
- When the drink has cooled, pour it into a glass glass and pour ice-cold mineral water into it.
When serving, do not forget to put a straw in the glass with the drink.
Chilled (summer version)

- 130-150 ml of sweet black coffee;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. cream or milk;
- 60 ml cold mineral water (carbonated);
- sugar to taste.
Preparation:
- Pour milk or cream into the prepared coffee. Let cool slightly and place in the refrigerator to cool even further.
- Once it cools down, pour it into a tall glass and dilute with mineral water.
It is recommended to drink cold coffee with mineral water through a straw so as not to warm it with the warmth of your hands.
