Do you like milk? I am very much so. Of course, I understand that there are people who are allergic to lactose, or milk does not affect them well. But since childhood I was told that milk is very healthy. That’s why when I go to Europe, I miss real milk from the cow, not in bags. Only in the Pyrenees, in France, can I buy “raw” milk, similar to homemade milk.
But when I read a recent study by scientists, it turned out that I was right. Milk is truly one of the most important products for the human body. Now I will tell you what will happen to your body if you drink two glasses of milk before going to bed.
Effect of coffee masks
To prepare the mask, it is recommended to use only natural coffee. To prepare a coffee mask you will need coffee grounds or beans ground in a coffee grinder. Both remedies have the same effect.
Coffee masks have an energetic ability that is provided by the chemical composition of coffee beans. Of course, this applies exclusively to natural coffee: never make masks from instant coffee, as this will only harm the skin of your face. Coffee masks are characterized by the following effects:
- Caffeine cleanses and tones the skin, giving it a boost of vigor and energy;
- Thanks to the antioxidant, the skin rejuvenates;
- Polyphenols give the skin firmness and elasticity, which is why a coffee face mask has an excellent tightening effect;
- Chlorogenic acid protects the skin from the influence of harmful factors;
- Carotenoids improve complexion.
All these properties are inherent in any coffee mask, including coffee ice cubes, since the chemical composition of this wonderful plant also passes on to the cosmetic product prepared from it.

Strongly brewed coffee must be strained and poured into ice cube trays and placed in the freezer. Wipe your face in the morning and evening with a cube of coffee ice; there is no need to rinse off the frozen broth. This procedure perfectly tones and refreshes the skin. A pleasant “side” effect is a persistent coffee aroma. By the way, you can make ice cubes from tea in exactly the same way. However, the use of this recipe is not recommended for those who often catch colds or have spider veins on their face.
Spicy iced coffee with milk

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add coffee, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom and mix well. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Pour the coffee into ice cube trays and place in the freezer until completely frozen. Using a blender, combine coffee ice, milk and cinnamon until smooth.

With the help of low temperatures, you can not only extend the shelf life of products, but also stop the aging process of our skin and improve it. Have you noticed that Eastern women look younger than Slavic women? What's the secret?
Scientists have come to the conclusion that an ordinary ice cube prolongs their youth. Rubbing your face with ice in the morning has long been an Eastern tradition. But this ice must be prepared according to a special recipe - from essential oils, green tea, herbal infusions. For the sake of prolonging youth, we can borrow this tradition from the East and begin to implement it in life. Beauty salons offer cryomassage - an analogue of the ice wiping procedure, which is easy to perform at home. Ice for the face has advantages over creams and masks due to the diverse effects of cold and massage (in addition to beneficial substances for the skin).
Let's find out the benefits and harms of this rejuvenation method, as well as recipes.
We build muscles in our sleep
A study led by Bart Groen from Maastricht University Medical Center in the Netherlands found that milk is much better for you than previously thought. It keeps our bones healthy thanks to its calcium and vitamin D content. In addition, milk contains especially healthy protein, which is one of the most important building blocks for your body.
The study is quite long and I won't bore you with the details. But I just want to say that it fundamentally demonstrates the effect of consuming this protein on muscle building. It turns out that the effect of milk is most powerful when we are sleeping!

Interesting fact
To confirm that ice actually stops skin aging, researchers conducted an experiment lasting a month. It was carried out for two women, aged thirty years. One needed to wipe her face with ice twice a day for a whole month, the second just needed to wash her face twice without ice.
A month later, it was possible to state: the girl who used ice on her face stopped the aging of skin cells. Her face was visually fresher, younger, her skin was smoother, there were no bruises or swelling under the eyes, and there was no irritation. The second girl showed no signs of improvement within a month.

After boiling, boil for about five minutes, no more. Cool the infusion, pour into molds and place in the freezer. We wipe it in the same way in the morning, immediately after waking up, before washing.
Sage is a herb that has a bactericidal effect.
What do we know about sage and mint? Sage is a herb known for its antibacterial properties, it helps against skin inflammation, acne, pustules, etc. In addition, it affects the activity of the sebaceous glands, which is important for oily skin (reduces oily shine). Mint also has an antiseptic effect and improves skin elasticity and tone. And in combination with ice, the effectiveness of these herbs on the skin only increases.
Natural coffee is a powerful antioxidant. It is often included in anti-aging cosmetics. Coffee also cleanses the skin of acne, blackheads and exfoliates dead skin cells. We will need ground coffee. Brew a cup of strong coffee, cool, freeze. We use it every morning. In addition to the cosmetic effect, it is also a great tonic.
Note: everyone is accustomed to roasted coffee, but green, unroasted beans are healthier because... they contain useful substances that are subsequently destroyed during the roasting process. Therefore, if possible, it is better to brew green coffee for the best effect.
Green tea
A simple recipe is that you just brew high-quality loose-leaf green tea with jasmine, let it brew for a couple of hours, cool and pour into ice cube trays, and freeze. Massage with an ice cube of green tea gives the skin a feeling of freshness, cleanses it, and tones it. This product perfectly fights wrinkles.
Ice cubes are an effective remedy that is used to cleanse the skin in the morning, as a replacement for the usual washing with water in the evening, and also to improve the appearance of the face at the right time during the day.
Can I drink iced coffee before bed?
Iced coffee has a relatively high caffeine content, ranging from 90 to 220 mg per serving. Therefore, it can interfere with good and healthy sleep. However, if coffee contains sugar, milk, syrup, then the effect of caffeine is weakened.
- Iced coffee made with cold brew is best drunk in the morning, before 3-4 pm due to its high caffeine content.
- Cocktails based on iced coffee, containing milk, cream syrup and other ingredients, can be consumed as an afternoon snack or in the evening, 3-4 hours before bedtime.
- If you're worried about getting too much of a boost, use decaffeinated beans. You can also make cold brew from them, which will contain a minimal amount of caffeine.

Production
In the north of the country, Arabica is cultivated (Chang Mai, Doi Chang, Doi Tung regions), and in the south - Robusta - in the provinces of Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phang Nga, Ranong. Every year the kingdom produces up to 80,000 robustas, about a quarter of this volume remains for domestic consumption, the rest is sold abroad.
Arabica beans (Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Catimor, Geisha, Java, SL28 varieties) account for only about 500 tons per year; the grains are grown in the northern regions bordering Burma and Laos. In mountainous areas at an altitude of 800-1200 meters above sea level, organic coffee is produced; plantations are located both in natural shade and in open areas. Often, coffee trees are interspersed with fruit trees, so the beans absorb sweet tropical aromas and acquire characteristic nuances of taste.
The western region of Kanchanaburi produces Kopi Luwak, coffee fermented in the stomachs of civet cats.
Two types of Thai coffee, Doi Tung and Doi Chang, received protected designation status in 2015.
Doi Chang is a small village located in the so-called “golden triangle”. The Arabica beans grown here are considered some of the best in the world. Today, Doi Chang Village has become a real tourist attraction, attracting coffee lovers from all over the world.
The Golden Triangle is a zone in the north of the country, bordering Myanmar and Laos. The region is known for its excellent coffee and developed tourism infrastructure.
Doi Chang
Doi Tung is an Arabica brand also produced in the Golden Triangle since 1988. Doi Tung Plantations are open to the public.
Coffee in Thailand is processed primarily using the dry method (the pulp is removed from the previously dried coffee fruit). Some producers try the wet method (the grain is dried after the pulp has been removed) or the “honey” method, also known as the “semi-dry” method (the skin is removed from a fresh berry, and the pulp is removed from a dried one).
