Take parchment paper and apply a mixture of powdered sugar and starch there. After this, the sausages that you have obtained will need to be cut and rolled in sugar-starch breading. And that’s it, your marshmallows will be ready.

- Coffee powder – 2…3 tsp;
- Granulated sugar – 1…2 tsp;

How to cook
Mix sugar and coffee, add water and cook in a cezve.- Heat the milk over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.
- Set the Turk aside, pour it into a tall cup and mix the marshmallows with the coffee.
- Stir for 1 - 2 minutes until the marshmallows are half melted.
- Add milk.
Marshmallow with chocolate
Another recipe is that, in addition to sweet lozenges, chocolate is also added to it.
