A standard plastic cup is 200 ml, and a portion of 180 milliliters is poured into it. That is, on average, this is 120 grams of milk, as we already calculated earlier. The calorie content of the finished drink is about 62, sometimes even less (we don’t know which dairy products are used by a particular brand). This is provided that you drink a latte without sugar.
